PLACING AN ORDER

Q- How do I place an order?

  • Placing an order only takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, then click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now on our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

  • You can also place your order by sending a message on our social media channels.

Q- I don't like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?

  • This is a very common concern we all have but don't worry, here at Indie, you can pay cash on delivery so you will pay when you receive the order. You can check the package upon delivery, If there is a problem with the package, you can return it on the spot and you will only pay the delivery fees.

  • If the product has a defect, we will definitely exchange it for you. We have an exchange & refund policy.

DELIVERY

Q- How much is the Shipping?

  1. Shipping is 35 Egp within Cairo, Giza, Helwan and 6th of October.

  2. Shipping is 40 Egp for Alexandria.

  3. Shipping is for 55 Egp for Sharqia, beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez.

  4. Shipping is for 60 Egp for Asyut, Qena, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag.

  5. Shipping is for 65 Egp Aswan, Luxor.

  6. Shipping is for 80 Egp Matrouh, Red Sea, South Sina.

Q- How long does shipping take?

  •  Delivery takes 4-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

EXCHANGE AND REFUND 

Q- How do I exchange or return a product & how much does it cost?

  • You can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the day you receive it. If you wish to exchange it with another product, the exchange fees will be 60 Egp. If you need to refund it and get your money back, 95 Egp will be deducted from the total fees paid (35 Egp Shipping paid the first time + 60 Egp refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and hand the money).

Q- How do I cancel my order after I placed it?

  • You can easily cancel your order after placing it by sending us an email at hello@indiecairo.com with subject "Cancelling My Order" or notify us on our Instagram and Facebook pages within 12 hours since the order is confirmed.

Q- How do I pay for my order ?

  • You can pay for your order with cash upon delivery or you can pay for it online through visa and master card.
