Return & Exchange
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you can send us a request within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:
Your request period will expire after 14 days from the date of purchase (On ground) or from the date of delivery (Online orders).
✷ Return/Exchange requests will not be accepted without the order number.
✷ Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their orginial packaging.
Please note that we have the right to refuse the returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.
✷ In case of Return, Your refund will be processed after your returned orders passes by our quality inspection.
✷ Once your returned item is accepted, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees).
✷ Please note that it can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return.
✷ Please note that refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days maximum after passing the inspection.
